Let’s be honest, there’s life beyond earth in some shape or form, and given the decades of reports, images and videos of UFOs, not all can be attributed to lens flares, ball lightning, drones, planes or other earthly phenomenon, so for the sake of this article, we’re assuming everything based on super-intelligent aliens existing. Especially the recently released footage of ”unidentified aerial phenomena” from the Pentagon that has prompted the Japanese government to put UFO protocols in place.
If there is another intelligence race out there, far more intelligent and technologically advanced than us, then the threat of an invasion is entirely possible, but to analyze if it’s likely to happen, we would need to look at motive and we’ve come up with three reasons an advanced civilization would initiate such a mission and wipe out the human race.
In an article from LiveScience, they discussed whether super-intelligent aliens would be hostile, with physicist Stephen Hawking sharing; “Such advanced aliens would perhaps become nomads, looking to conquer and colonize whatever planets they can reach.”
#1 – Resources
The first reason intelligent extra-terrestrials may invade would be to use or completely takeover our resources from planet earth. Though such a civilization may prioritize other earth-like world’s in the Goldilocks Zone of its orbiting star that isn’t inhabited.
This would allow them to use the planet’s resources without having interference from another civilization, unless of course planet earth has something in abundance that other planets don’t have.
#2 – Power
It’s as simple as this; aliens could invade and wipe out the human race simply for power.
They may discover our civilization and want to declare war simply because they want to dominate the universe. Alternatively, they may decide to wipe out the human race for a much more valid reason…
#3 – Pandemics
Super-intelligent aliens may see us as a serious threat to the universe, not because of our strengths, abilities, intelligent or technology, but because of our weaknesses.
Clear throughout history; human beings have been susceptible to many forms of attack on our bodies and immune systems, from the Plague of Justinian in 541AD to the Black Death in the 14th century to the more recent pandemic of Spanish Flu in 1918.
Despite putting a man on the moon, having self-driving cars, getting the rover to Mars and being able to spray stem cells on skin to completely repair third-degree burns, we are still unable to defend against a virus (Covid-19) in 2020 that has managed to bring humanity to its knees.
It’s actually quite embarrassing that this has happened, but imagine super-intelligent aliens who are watching our world fall apart from something so simple (to them). Super-intelligent aliens may not want us populating a larger area of the universe by getting to Mars or other planets in the solar system because they would see us spreading lethal viruses and simply decide to wipe us out.
There’s every chance that super-intelligent aliens would look at our susceptibility towards Covid-19 and consider companies like SpaceX, NASA, Virgin Galactic and Blue Origin a serious threats to their existence.
Even though Elon Musk‘s humility will never allow him to say it, he is in a short list for the smartest minds in history, but even so his intelligence would be dwarfed by super-intelligent aliens… Though this may have already happened.
In 2016 when SpaceX were getting ready to launch their Falcon 9 rocket, it suddenly exploded on the launch pad. After investigating, SpaceX reported that it was a static ”anomaly”, but researchers are adamant it was an attack on Falcon 9 from an advanced civilization after a UFO was spotted flying by at the exact time the rocket exploded. You can see the videos here:
Further more, many of the credible UFO cases seem to have static energy involved, from the F4’s the Iranian military deployed to investigate a UFO to the Rendlesham Forest incident to the Levelland UFO, so there’s a gambler’s chance that an advanced civilization have develop a method to weaponize static energy, which could have been the reason the rocket exploded.
